Balloon is the erratic and loyal older brother to Stopsign and son of Letter Block. Balloon expresses an undying loyalty to his mother, unaware of her faults, a trait he shares with his younger sibling Strawberry. Through effort and hard work, he is now considered the strongest swordfighter and sentinel on Angel Island, a role he competed with his younger sister for. Despite their deep moral opposition, he looks up to and respects his sister.
